Welcome to Yassyn Photo. By accessing or using this website and booking any photography or videography services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making any booking or purchase.
These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of this website.

Services

Yassyn Photo provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

  • Event photography and videography

  • Portrait and fashion shoots

  • Commercial and editorial projects

  • Image editing and retouching

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.

  • Prices are listed in Euro (€) and may vary depending on the project scope and location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, except under special circumstances agreed upon by the photographer.

  • Photographer Cancellations: In the event the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.

  • The photographer is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, transport issues, or equipment failure).

Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Yassyn NIZEYIMANA ADUHIRE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted usage rights for personal and promotional purposes (e.g., social media, websites, advertising).

  • Commercial publication, resale, or transfer of images requires prior written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

  • Clients may purchase full copyright ownership for an agreed additional fee.

Image Delivery

  • Edited images and videos are delivered digitally via a secure download link or gallery.

  • Standard delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the project.

  • RAW or unedited files are not included unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Editing & Style

  • All editing is completed in the photographer’s creative and artistic style.

  • Additional retouching requests may incur extra fees.

  • The photographer retains creative control over image selection and editing.

Limitation of Liability

  • The photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or emotional distress resulting from the use of images.

  • In case of technical failure or other unforeseen issues, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information collected through the website or contact form is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Client information is kept confidential and never shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hannover, Germany.

Updates to Terms

Yassyn Photo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this website with a new effective date.
